Chad Sheppard

Chad Sheppard has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Chad started their career as an Insurance Agent at Farmers Insurance in 2005. Chad then worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at Anderson Merchandisers from 2007 to 2008. After that, they joined Auto Insurance America as an Insurance Agent and worked there until 2007. In 2009, Chad joined Walmart as a Zone Merchandise Supervisor and later became an Assistant Manager. Chad left Walmart in 2012 to pursue entrepreneurship and worked as an Entrepreneur until 2015. Chad then joined CEVA Logistics as an Operations Supervisor and eventually became a Training Development Manager. In 2018, they worked as a General Manager at CEVA Logistics before joining Superior Communications in 2019 as a Senior Value Stream Manager. Chad is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Superior Communications.

Chad Sheppard attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2001 to 2005, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. During August 2016, they obtained a certification in Dangerous Goods from DGI Training Inc.
