Lisa Schmid

Lisa Schmid has worked in a variety of roles in the corporate world since 1995. Lisa began their career at Best Buy as a Computer Trainer in 1995. In 1996, they moved to Federated Insurance Company as an Info Center Team Member. In 1999, they joined Superior Consulting Services, where they have held various positions including Chief of Operations, Vice President of Operations, Administration Manager, and Administrative Assistant. As COO, they are responsible for overseeing strategic human resources management, procurement and logistical services, and accounting activities.

Lisa Schmid obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 1992. In 2015, they earned their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM and in 2018 they earned their Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
