Melinda Marbes

Melinda Marbes is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law and contract management. Currently serving as Commercial Counsel at Superior Essex since January 2023, Melinda has previously held various significant roles, including Adjunct Professor at Emory University School of Law from 2018 to 2023, where Melinda developed curriculum for online business law courses. Prior positions include serving as Attorney at Legility, Axiom, and Marbes Legal Services, where Melinda negotiated and drafted complex commercial contracts. Melinda also practiced law as an Associate and Partner at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, focusing on corporate and financial matters. Melinda holds a Juris Doctor degree with distinction from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Emory University.
