Michael Battocletti is the Director of Culinary and Business Development at Superior Fresh, LLC. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Consultant at MJB Hospitality LLC and as the Vice President Operations at FIRECAKES LLC. Michaels's experience also includes positions as Divisional Executive Chef at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, Sous Chef at The Alinea Group, and Executive Sous Chef at Old Warson Country Club. Michael holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from St. Louis Community College.
