Noel Wessely is a Technical Product Manager at Superior Graphite since May 2022, with prior experience as a Regional Quality Assurance Manager at Olympic Steel and Quality Manager roles at Rexnord Corporation and Rexnord Aerospace. Noel has a strong background in quality assurance, special processes, and metallurgy, having successfully led various process improvements, maintained Nadcap accreditations, and managed teams in quality inspections. Additional experience includes metallurgical support at Crown Cork & Seal and roles in heat treatment and metallurgical laboratory management at Kropp Forge, Sivyer Steel Corp., and Winergy Drive Systems Corp. Noel holds a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
