Maria Solano, MPH, BSW, currently serves as Program Manager III at Superior HealthPlan since September 2019 and also holds a position as Adjunct Faculty at Baylor University since January 2022. Previous roles include Graduate Student Intern and Community Health Liaison at Baylor Scott & White Health, as well as Community Outreach Specialist at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas. Maria has extensive experience at Superior HealthPlan, where contributions were made as Provider Account Manager and Community Relations Coordinator from 2012 to 2018. Earlier in the career, Maria worked as Program Coordinator at Texas AHEC East - Waco Region from 2003 to 2012. Academic achievements include a Master's degree in Public Health from Baylor University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington.
