Sharyl Jeffries

Sharyl Jeffries is an experienced professional in quality improvement and customer experience, currently serving as Vice President of Quality & Process Improvement and Vice President of Customer Experience at Superior HealthPlan since February 2015. Previously, Sharyl held the position of Senior Director of Quality Improvement and Senior Director of Quality & Accreditation at Centene Corporation from November 2008 to February 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing quality and managing NCQA/URAC Accreditation for all Centene Health Plans. Sharyl's career in quality services also includes a role as Vice President of Quality Services at MHNet Behavioral Health from November 1998 to November 2008. Sharyl holds a degree from the University of Utah, earned between 1991 and 1994.
