David M. Sherbin

David M. Sherbin was appointed Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Superior in June 2022. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Sherbin was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary at Aptiv PLC and its predecessor, Delphi Automotive. Previously, Mr. Sherbin served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary at Pulte Homes as well as at Federal-Mogul Corporation. Mr. Sherbin is also on the board of directors of Nano Magic. Mr. Sherbin began his legal career in 1987 as an associate at Katten Muchin & Rosenman and subsequently joined Heller Financial, Inc. as Senior Counsel for Corporate Affairs. Mr. Sherbin has a bachelor's degree in political science and history from Oberlin College and earned his law degree from Cornell Law School.
