Matt Hodges is a seasoned professional in the welding and inspection industry, currently serving as an Inspector at both Superior Integrity Services and Shawcor Inspection Services since September 2019, while also operating Hodges Welding and Inspection Services since August 2004. With extensive experience in quality assurance and welding management, Matt has held key positions including Quality Manager/Weld Superintendent at Petrosmith Equipment and Quality Assurance Manager at Kalyn Siebert, where responsibilities included managing quality procedures, conducting audits, and overseeing quality personnel. Previous roles at Loadcraft Industries and Heartland Rig International further solidified expertise in welding processes, supervision, and project management. Matt possesses comprehensive knowledge in API standards, inspection protocols, and custom weld procedures, supporting a diverse range of projects in the oil field and manufacturing sectors.
