Michael Bouquet is a Folding Carton Manager at Superior Lithographics, Inc. since May 2000. Michael has experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing & 5s systems, production planning, auditing employees, supervising a team of 30 employees, and mentoring them to exceed performance expectations. Michael is known for their strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as their ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team. Prior to their current role, Michael was a Die Cutter Operator at Presentation Folder, Inc. from November 1997 to May 2000, where Michael gained expertise in operating Bobst, Walenberg, and Datien machinery.
