Ralph Nicosia

Ralph Nicosia has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Ralph is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at Superior Lubricants Company, Inc. Starting in 2021. Prior to their current position, they served as the Vice President of Finance at Prestolite Electric Incorporated from 2019 to 2021. Ralph has also held various leadership positions at Reichert, Inc., including Vice President of Finance, Division VP - Finance and Interim Business Unit General Manager, Interim Business Unit Manager & BU Controller, and Business Unit Controller. Ralph worked at Reichert, Inc. from 2010 to 2019. Before that, they worked at Sweetworks, Inc., where they served as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Plant Controller from 2000 to 2010. Throughout their career, Ralph has been responsible for managing financial operations, partnering with executive staff to determine business strategy, and developing and implementing strategic plans.

Ralph Nicosia holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Canisius University, where they studied Accounting, Finance, and Management. Ralph also completed a Master's degree in Business Administration from the same university, with a focus on Strategy Development, Operations Management, HR Management, and Marketing.
