In earlier roles at Lancaster Archery Supply and ARCHERY SANTA CRUZ, LLC, Erica gained a diverse skill set in product engineering, eCommerce merchandising, and co-owned a business focused on equipment sales and lessons. Erica's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies, both from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
