Ann Seigler

Ann Seigler, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Superior Plus Energy Services, where responsibilities include developing and managing the corporate recruitment strategy for one of the largest energy service providers in the U.S. Prior experience includes the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, collaborating with senior hiring managers to address staffing needs across multiple states. In addition to these roles, Ann holds the position of Chairperson of the Board at Renaissance Academy Charter School of the Arts since March 2023. Ann Seigler earned a Master's degree in Organizational Learning & Human Resource Development from St. John Fisher University.
