Janel Townsend

Janel Townsend, CPA, currently serves as Supervisor of Cash Management & Protection at Superior Plus Propane since December 2020, after previously holding the position of Senior Accountant. Janel has extensive experience in accounting, having worked in various roles including Senior Accountant at Broadstone Net Lease, Inc., Broadstone Real Estate, and Genesee & Wyoming Inc. Notably, positions included responsibilities in general ledger management and financial statement preparation. Additionally, Janel held roles in auditing and accounts payable supervision at Heveron and Company CPAs and Morgan Management, respectively. Janel holds an MBA in Accounting from Jones International University, a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from SUNY Empire State College, and a Bachelor of Science in English from the State University of New York at Brockport.
