Susan Mlot

Susan Mlot currently serves as Executive Vice President and Head of Operations at Citizens Business Bank, overseeing operations for a $17 billion commercial bank. With extensive experience in banking operations, Susan has held key leadership positions, including SVP Director of Enterprise Operations and Senior Vice President Lending Operations at Investors Bank, where management encompassed a wide range of banking functions. Additional roles include Head of U.S. Retail & Commercial Lending Operations at BMO Financial Group and Senior Vice President Global Operations at Northern Trust Corporation, along with founding the nonprofit Faith In The Brooke. Susan is also an active member of the Bank Advisory Council for Superior. Academically, Susan holds an MBA in Finance from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management from Northern Illinois University.
