Carl Hagstrom

Carl Hagstrom is an experienced Maintenance Manager with a strong background in facilities management and maintenance across various manufacturing sectors. Currently serving at Superlite Block since September 2022, Carl previously held similar management roles at Bodycote and Columbia Machine, Inc., where responsibilities included critical long-term maintenance planning and management of production and environmental equipment. Earlier experience includes positions at Heraeus Shin Etsu America, where Carl was involved in both operational oversight and project management, as well as leadership roles at Leatherman Tool Group and Ventura Foods, focusing on maintenance teams and systems. Carl holds education from Linfield University and Clark College.
