Randy Forrester

Randy Forrester currently serves as the Chief of District Sales for the California State Lottery, leading statewide field sales efforts across nine district offices and claims centers. Under Randy Forrester's leadership, the organization achieved a record-breaking sales figure of $8 million. Prior to this role, Randy Forrester was a Lottery Sales Manager, overseeing district sales teams and managing claims office operations. Earlier experiences include serving as District Manager for the Florida Lottery, where Randy Forrester attained the highest district increases in Scratch-Offs and Draw sales in FY 2009, and as Regional Manager for the Virginia Lottery, recognized as the Sales Division Person of the Year in 2004 and notable for implementing a new CRM tool that transformed organizational processes.
