Ryan Fowler

Ryan Fowler is an experienced marketing professional with a background in loyalty and product development, currently serving as a Senior Marketing Specialist at the California State Lottery since April 2008. Previously, Ryan held positions at CBS Radio from 2002 to March 2008, including Business Development Manager for Events and Promotions and Account Executive. Earlier experience includes serving as Events Manager for the Sacramento River Cats from 2000 to 2002. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Southern Methodist University, completed from 1995 to 1999, along with earlier education at Avon High School and San Ramon Valley High School.
