Elizabeth Erickson has a diverse work history in the field of learning and development. Elizabeth is currently the Director of Learning and Development at Supermajority since December 2021 and previously held the role of Head of Learning and Development at the same company since June 2020. Prior to their role at Supermajority, Elizabeth worked as the Training Director at Organizing for Action from May 2017 to June 2020.
