Paloma Arroyo

Sr. Deputy Director Of National Campaigns at Supermajority

Paloma Arroyo began their work experience in 2013 as an intern at the Ohio Senate and later served as an intern at the Parliament of Canada in 2014. In the same year, they also worked as a Diversity Ambassador at The Ohio State University. In 2015, they joined the Corporation for National and Community Service as a Youth and Education VISTA at the Ohio Hispanic Coalition.

Paloma continued their professional journey in 2016 as an Organizer for Hillary for America. In 2017, Paloma worked as an Organizer for Guzman for Aurora before transitioning to Planned Parenthood of Illinois, where they held multiple positions. Paloma initially served as an Organizer, Public Policy, and later became the Senior Organizer and Latinx Engagement Manager. During their time at Planned Parenthood, they achieved notable accomplishments such as increasing the volunteer and supporter base, receiving grants for expanding outreach in the Latinx community, and developing an electoral field plan. Paloma also contributed to implementing best practices for health centers to provide inclusive care to undocumented patients and their families.

In 2019, Paloma participated in the Multicultural Leadership Academy at the Latino Policy Forum. Following this, they joined Supermajority in 2020 as the Regional Organizing Director. Currently, they hold the position of Deputy Director of National Campaigns at Supermajority, which they assumed in December 2021.
