Julie Duchesne

Julie Duchesne, CRHA, currently serves as the Directeur adjoint ressources humaines at Canam since August 2022, while also holding the title of Conseillère en ressources humaines at Supermétal Structures inc. from August 2022 to March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Conseillère en acquisition de talents at American Iron & Metal and community manager and candidate experience project manager at Ancia and Recruto. Julie's career began as an administrative assistant and customer service representative at Du Proprio and as a manager at Alimentation Couche-Tard. Julie holds a Baccalauréat in Administration with a concentration in human resources and several certificates from Université du Québec à Rimouski, alongside a background in business management from Cégep de Drummondville.
