Kitty Poon

Kitty Poon has extensive work experience in various financial and managerial roles. Kitty started their career at Exodus Communications in 2000 as a Senior Manager, SEC Reporting & M&A, International Finance Controller. Kitty then moved on to NVIDIA in 2002, where they served as an International Controller. In 2005, they joined JDSU as the Director of Finance, Corporate Accounting. Kitty later worked as an Independent Consultant from 2006 to 2007, providing financial consulting services. From 2007 to 2009, they served as the Corporate Controller at RAE Systems Inc. and then joined Nexant, Inc. as the Vice President, Controller from 2009 to 2010. Kitty was also self-employed as an Independent Consultant from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they became the VP Finance at Arkologic Corporation. Kitty then joined VISTRA in 2015 as the Client Service Director and worked there until 2019. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Compliance at Supermicro since 2019.

Kitty Poon attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Finance. Kitty also earned a certification in Sustainable Capitalism & ESG Online from Berkeley Law Executive Education in September 2023.
