Warren Liu

Warren Liu is an experienced thermal engineer with a strong background in system thermal validation and design for rack servers. Currently serving as a System Thermal Engineer at 美超微 since February 2023, Warren previously held senior roles at 鴻海精密工業股份有限公司 and 緯創資通, focusing on thermal engineering for various server and communication technologies. Warren's expertise includes work with AMD Milan platform server systems and improvements in thermal module assembly processes for MacBook new product introductions. Warren holds a Master's Degree in Nuclear Engineering and Science from National Tsing Hua University and a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Environment and Engineering from National Sun Yat-Sen University.
