Jon Johnston

Jon Johnston is an experienced engineer specializing in battery design and electromechanical systems. Currently serving as a Senior Battery Design Engineer at Supernal, Jon has also held significant roles at Rivian as a Staff Battery Design Engineer focusing on energy storage systems, and at BYTON as a Mechanical Engineer Leader for high voltage battery packs. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Mechanical Engineer for battery modules at A123 Systems and as a Senior Engineer for fuel cell stack hardware at the Automotive Fuel Cell Cooperation Corporation (AFCC).
