Xuecheng Xue

Xuecheng Xue has been working in the engineering field since 2016. Xuecheng started their career at Trusort Fastener Services, LLC as an Engineering Lead. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing production, providing technical advice, ensuring quality conformance, overseeing planning and scheduling, identifying issues, and ensuring all procedures adhered to company policies and rules. Xuecheng also worked with customers on feasibility studies, transforming customer requirements into specifications, creating machine setup procedures, training technicians, and enabling production. Additionally, they participated in internal audits and coordinated with the quality manager to discover root causes of quality issues and conduct corrective actions. In 2021, Xuecheng Xue began working at Supernova Technology\u2122 as an Enterprise Operations Engineer.

Xuecheng Xue obtained a Bachelor of Science in Process Equipment and Control engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2013. Xuecheng then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Engineering from Purdue University Northwest, which they completed in 2015. In 2018, they obtained a Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) - MENA. Most recently, Xuecheng Xue completed a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2021.
