Dave McGregor is a seasoned professional in the marketing and business development sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder of Supernova Search since February 2025, where innovative strategies are developed to address the evolving landscape of digital marketing. Prior experience includes pivotal roles at Figured, where McGregor held multiple titles including Director of Growth for territories including New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, and Canada, driving sales and efficiencies for agricultural clients. As a co-founder and Managing Director at Helping Hands Work, a recruitment platform for the hospitality and retail industries, McGregor facilitated rapid staffing solutions. Earlier roles also feature leadership in marketing initiatives at ReachLocal Australia & New Zealand, and experience in internet marketing consultancy. McGregor’s career began in the hospitality sector, shaping marketing strategies at The Southern Cross Garden Bar and Restaurant and co-owning The Booking and Savings Guide. McGregor holds a Bachelor of Marketing and Commercial Law from Victoria University of Wellington.
