As a co-founder and Managing Director at Helping Hands Work, a recruitment platform for the hospitality and retail industries, McGregor facilitated rapid staffing solutions. Earlier roles also feature leadership in marketing initiatives at ReachLocal Australia & New Zealand, and experience in internet marketing consultancy. McGregor’s career began in the hospitality sector, shaping marketing strategies at The Southern Cross Garden Bar and Restaurant and co-owning The Booking and Savings Guide. McGregor holds a Bachelor of Marketing and Commercial Law from Victoria University of Wellington.
