Arjun Marella

Arjun Marella has extensive work experience in various roles. Arjun currently holds the position of Head of Business - UK & Ireland at SuperOps.ai, where they are responsible for scaling the customer base in those regions. Prior to this, they served as the Lead Account Executive for Rest of the World (APAC, UK & EMEA) at the same company, where they played a crucial role in expanding their presence in different markets. Arjun also worked as the Lead Account Executive for North America, where they were the founding sales member and worked on setting up the Go to Market engine and achieving product-market fit.

Before joining SuperOps.ai, Arjun worked as a Member at RevGenius in 2021. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Freshworks, starting as an Account Executive for the UK market and later transitioning into roles such as Strategic Account Manager for the UK, Middle East, and Africa and Strategic Account Manager for Key & Enterprise Accounts in the Middle East and Africa. Arjun eventually became the Lead of Account Management for the MEA - Mid Market and Enterprise segments, where they led the Account Management team and developed strategies for different countries in the region.

Arjun began their career with internships at Wheels India Limited in 2015, where they worked on improving the tool life of an edge cutting machine, and Autotech Industries in 2014, where they designed a fixture for manufacturing a roller tappet assembly. Arjun also gained experience in coding CNC machines and various manufacturing processes.

Overall, Arjun Marella has a strong background in business development, account management, and sales, with a focus on expanding market presence and achieving revenue goals.

Arjun Marella pursued their education from 2011 to 2016 at Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology, and Research Academy. During this time, they obtained a Master's Degree in Advanced Manufacturing, which was an integrated five-year course. Additionally, they also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering during their studies at the same institution. In March 2013, Arjun obtained a certification in the German Level A1 Exam from Goethe-Institut e.V.
