Sriram Prasad

Sriram Prasad began their career in 2016 as a Summer Intern at Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers. In 2018, they joined Zoho as a Project Trainee, where they gained an understanding of the customer support environment and handled customer queries. Later that year, they were promoted to Product Expert, where they were responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing immediate user-oriented and customized product solutions, initiating customer relationships, onboarding clients, providing product training, suggesting product features and enhancements, collaborating with technical writers, and offering secure data migration from other products. In 2022, they moved to SuperOps.ai as a Senior Solutions Engineer.

Sriram Prasad received their Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Loyola-ICAM College of Engineering and Technology between 2014 and 2018.
