Gustavo Goldschmidt has an extensive work experience spanning from 2006 to present. Gustavo began their career as an Undergraduate Researcher in Applied Math at the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul in 2006. In 2009, they worked as an Industrial Engineer Intern at Fitesa and as a Management Consultant and Intern at Falconi. In 2011, they became a Cofounder & CEO of Superplayer & Co, a company that develops and provides content apps as value-added services for businesses in Brazil. In 2016, they joined Agibank as an Advisory Board Member and in 2018 they became an Honorary Member and Associate at IFL - Instituto de Formação de Líderes - São Paulo. In 2019, they were appointed as a Statutory Board Member at Bling and in 2020 they became a Podcast Host at A Virada.

Gustavo Goldschmidt's education history includes completing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul from 2005 to 2010. In 2008, they completed a course in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from INPE - Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais. In 2017, they completed a course in Strategic Negotiation and Conflict Management from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.
