Ritwika Banerjee

Ritwika Banerjee has worked as an Operations Executive at SuperProcure since July 2022. In this role, they handle customer queries, conducts customer trainings, prepares manuals on usage of different SuperProcure tools and functions, and validates excel and PowerBI reports. Ritwika also acts as a liaison between client requirements and the technical team.

Prior to this, they worked as a Personal Banker at HDFC Bank Limited from June 2019 to May 2020.

From 2017 to 2019, Ritwika Banerjee pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing at the Eastern Institute For Integrated Learning In Management.
