Jay Robbins, CPA, PFS, CFP®

Jay Robbins, CPA, PFS, CFP® has been a leader in the financial industry for over two decades. Jay is currently Co-Founder and CFO of Supersapiens, Partner of AGL Ventures, LLC, and Partner of AGL CPA Group LLC since 2018. Prior to this, Jay was a Member of Warren Averett, LLC from 2005 to 2019, and a Member of Gifford, Hillegass & Ingwersen, LLP from 2005 to 2019. Jay also served as Interim CFO of XMED Disposal, Inc. from 2005 to 2019 and President and CEO of Robbins Music Center, Inc. from 1996 to 2005. During their time at Warren Averett, LLC, they were part of the Executive Management team and served on the Executive Committee on behalf of the Atlanta Office. Jay was also a member of the firm's Operations Board, Member Compensation Committee, and one of eight voting members of the Emerging Executive Group. At XMED Disposal, Inc., they hired and developed a strong sales team that grew the Hospital Services and Medical Practice Services, and was instrumental in obtaining licenses to transport and treat waste and to purchase and operate one of few private owned autoclaves and incinerators in Alabama. At Robbins Music Center, Inc., they designed and maintained a network for multi-location business with 60+ terminals and 100 employees and developed and implemented an electronic accounting system. Additionally, they oversaw the growth of the business to become #1 lessor and retailer of Yamaha Band and Orchestral equipment in North Alabama.

Jay Robbins, CPA, PFS, CFP® holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Accounting and Finance from Auburn University, which they obtained between 2000 and 2005. Jay also holds the Personal Financial Specialist, PFS certification from the AICPA, which they obtained in May 2016. Additionally, they hold the Certified Financial Planner, CFP certification from the CFP Board, which they obtained in 2012. Finally, they hold the CPA certification from the State Board of Public Accounting.
