Gail Kozlowski

Gail Kozlowski has extensive work experience in the banking and financial sector.

Gail is currently employed at Superscript as a Product Director, a role they have held since July 2023.

Prior to that, they worked at Mastercard as a Director from November 2021 to July 2023.

Before joining Mastercard, Gail was the Credit Card Product Lead at RBS from January 2019 to November 2021.

Gail also worked at Lloyds Banking Group, where they held multiple roles. Gail served as the Digital Continuous Improvement Manager from August 2014 to November 2021. In addition, they held the positions of Digital Active User Growth Manager from March 2015 to August 2020, and Digital Product Owner from August 2016 to April 2018.

Between April 2018 and August 2020, Gail was a Senior Innovation Manager at Royal Bank of Scotland.

Gail started their career at Royal Bank of Scotland as a Digital Journey Manager- Digital Adoption from October 2013 to September 2014 and as a Customer Experience Analyst from April 2013 to October 2013.

Throughout their career, Gail has gained expertise in various areas such as product management, digital innovation, customer experience, and continuous improvement.

Gail Kozlowski attended Leeds Beckett University from 2008 to 2011, completing their BA Hons in Sport Development.
