Hugo Balfour

Hugo Balfour is a seasoned professional in the field of business management and insurance, currently serving as the Specialty New Business Lead and Senior Account Manager at Superscript since January 2019, where responsibilities include managing the new business broking team. Prior to this, Hugo held various positions at Superscript, including Account Executive and Solutions Manager in the FinTech and Financial Institution sectors. Hugo's earlier experience includes working as a Consultant for the Information Security team at Astbury Marsden from 2013 to 2018, focusing on recruitment within the security domain, as well as brief roles related to corporate law and case management at Slaughter and May and Quadrant Chambers. Hugo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Business Management from the University of Leeds and has studied International Relations at Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara.
