Vivek Vaidya

Vivek Vaidya has a diverse and extensive work experience. Vivek is the Co-Founder & CEO of MarkovML since March 2021. In 2022, they became the Co-Founder of Kapstan. In 2019, Vivek co-founded and became a member of the board of directors at Habu, a startup studio. Vivek also co-founded and became a general partner at super{set} startup studio in the same year. Vivek is a co-founder and board member at Plaksha University, India's largest philanthropic initiative for a technology university. Vivek served as a member of the board of directors at Upwardly Global from 2019 to 2022. Prior to these roles, they held various leadership positions at Salesforce, including SVP Engineering and CTO of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Vivek also founded and served as CTO of Krux Digital, a company focused on audience data management. Before that, they worked at Microsoft Corporation as a Group Program Manager and at Rapt as the Chief Technology Officer. Vivek has a strong background in technology and leadership roles in the industry.

Vivek Vaidya attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi from 1991 to 1996 where they earned a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Afterwards, they pursued their Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Denver and completed it between 1996 and 1998.
