Catalina Canizales

Catalina Canizales has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles in graphic design and leadership positions in creative teams. Catalina is currently working at Superside as a Creative Team & Account Lead, where they oversee design subscriptions for major brands and manages creative projects. Prior to that, they were a Creative Lead at Superside and a Senior Graphic Designer.

Before joining Superside, Catalina was the Head of Design at Merqueo, where they built and led the design team and collaborated with teams in Mexico and Colombia on marketing and sales campaigns. Catalina also served as a Senior Graphic Designer at Merqueo.

Catalina's previous experience includes working as an Art Director at Domicilios.com, where they led a team of designers and managed marketing and brand campaigns. Catalina also worked as a Graphic Designer at Kienyke.com and held freelance roles as a graphic designer.

Catalina Canizales obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano from 2006 to 2009. Catalina also completed a Diploma in Marketing and Web Design from the same university in 2011. In 2012 to 2013, Catalina studied French at Alianza Colombo Francesa. In addition to their studies, they pursued a degree in Childhood Digital Illustration at Escuela Sótano Blanco from 2010 to 2011. Furthermore, they gained expertise in Art Direction for Photography at Escuela Espacio Buenos Aires in 2010.
