Clara Ramírez Sagredo

Clara Ramírez Sagredo has extensive work experience in the field of technical recruitment. Clara began their career at TRAGSA as a Recruiter, where they handled high-volume recruitment processes and provided support to the Recruitment Manager. Clara then worked at everis as a Senior Technical Recruiter, managing the entire recruitment process for various IT professional profiles. Clara then joined Gambit Technologies as a Researcher, where they worked closely with engineering recruiters to identify and evaluate potential candidates.

In 2015, Clara joined Robert Walters as a Senior Technical Recruitment Consultant, leading the IT Management and Systems Recruiting team and driving new business development. Clara later transitioned into the role of Senior Technical Consultant, focusing on recruitment across the information technology discipline. Clara then moved to Plated as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they managed the full cycle recruiting process and played a critical role in transforming the recruiting process to support business growth.

From 2019 to 2021, Clara worked at VTS, Inc. as the Principal Tech Talent Acquisition Manager, leading recruiting efforts in New York, Toronto, and San Francisco. Clara was responsible for building and managing the Toronto office's recruiting team and developing a diversity and inclusion strategy to attract a diverse talent pool.

Most recently, Clara joined Superside as the Global Head of TA, Business & TPD (Tech, Product & Design), starting in October 2022.
