Fredrik Thomassen

Fredrik Thomassen is the CEO and Co-founder at Superside. Prior to this, they were the CEO and Co-Founder at Zalora Indonesia from January 2014 to November 2015. Fredrik was also an Associate at McKinsey & Company from September 2011 to January 2014. Before that, they worked as a Journalist at Agderposten from August 2005 to August 2010.

Fredrik Thomassen attended Y Combinator's W16 batch, where they studied economics. Fredrik then went on to earn their MSc in econometrics and mathematical economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). For their undergraduate degree, Thomassen studied economics at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). Fredrik also spent a semester studying French at ESSEC Business School as part of an exchange program. Lastly, Thomassen served in the Royal Norwegian Navy.
