Gradwell Sears

Gradwell Sears is the Chief Creative Officer at Superside since March 2025, where Superside serves as a leading AI-powered creative service for over 500 prominent global companies. Sears previously held the position of EVP, Global Creative at Monks from October 2020 to March 2025, overseeing international teams to develop innovative creative experiences. Additionally, Sears serves as a Jury Member for The FWA from April 2023 and has acted as an advisor/mentor for SoDA and SIDE PRJCT. Graduate education includes a BFA in Integrated Design from Parsons School of Design, completed in January 2004.
