Ivan May

Ivan May is an experienced professional in customer success, currently serving as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Superside since October 2025, where responsibilities include guiding clients to maximize software value and ensuring high satisfaction and retention through proactive account management. Previously, Ivan held roles as a Customer Success Manager at 6sense and MadKudu, and as a Client Account Manager at Top of the Funnel Leads.
