Ximena Servin

Ximena Servin is a Creative Solutions Consultant at Superside, having joined in October 2025, and previously served as a Senior Enterprise Business Developer at Incode from September 2024 to October 2025. Ximena has extensive experience in business development and strategy, having worked at TestGorilla from April 2023 to August 2024 and at Centinelas del Agua A.C. in an environmental tourism consultancy role in June 2020. An internship with UNODC on the Gender and Justice Project occurred from October 2019 to April 2020, along with a position as a Transcriptor Analyst and Researcher at Data Cívica from November 2018 to October 2019. Ximena holds a degree in Relaciones Internacionales, Comercio Exterior y Medio Ambiente from Universidad Iberoamericana and has pursued further education at EUDE Business School, Université Jean Moulin, Wageningen University & Research, and Learning by Helping, focusing on environmental project management and social innovation.
