Technical Lead at SuperSim

Marden Pasinato has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Marden is currently working as a Technical Lead at SuperSim since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Editora Globo as a Digital Architect from September 2019 to November 2021, where they were responsible for designing and implementing digital products and leading a project on content personalization. Marden also worked as a Big Data Engineer at Linx from May 2019 to September 2019.

Before that, they were a Data Scientist and Software Engineer at Editora Globo from July 2017 to April 2019, where they worked on data analytics and software development projects. Marden also served as a Tech Lead at the Rio de Janeiro Office of Treasury from March 2016 to July 2017, overseeing a team and supporting the Supply Chain Platform of the State Government.

In addition, Marden worked at Atlz as a Data Scientist and Software Engineer from October 2015 to January 2016, implementing a search engine for a job hunting website. Marden also worked as a Tech Lead at the Rio de Janeiro Office of Management and Budget from March 2015 to September 2015, overseeing a team and supporting the Budget Platform of the State Government.

Before that, Marden worked as an Associate and Tech Lead at Inoa from June 2011 to June 2013. Marden was involved in IT consulting projects for a ticketing company and the development of an eBook distribution platform using Python and Django.

Marden's earlier experience includes working as a Junior Consultant at Visagio from July 2010 to June 2011, where they designed and developed VBA tools for automated reporting in a Shared Services Organization project. Marden also worked as a Research Intern at the Laboratory of Mathematics Applied to Systems (MAS) from March 2009 to January 2010, contributing to a Ph.D. thesis on Context-Aware Recommender Systems.

Marden Pasinato completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Computer and Information Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) in the years 2006 to 2011. During their undergraduate studies, they also participated in an Exchange Program at CentraleSupélec in 2009-2010, focusing on engineering.

Later, they pursued their Master's Degree from UFRJ, specializing in Recommender Systems, Active Learning, and Machine Learning. This program took place from 2012 to 2014.
