Michelle Wigington has been in the workforce since 1999, when they began working as a Cake Decorator / Baker at Publix. In 2006, they began working as a Payroll Specialist at Paychex, and in 2007, they began working as a Sales Administrator at SuperStock.

Michelle Wigington received their Associates degree in Business Administration from Florida State College at Jacksonville between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate in Business Management from Santa Fe Community College between 2000 and 2003.
