Alex Shye

Alex Shye is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in AI and product development. Currently serving as Co-founder and CTO at Supertalk, a company acquired by Headspace in February 2025, Alex is focused on AI initiatives within the organization. Previously, Alex co-founded Pace, providing live video mental health groups and garnering support from prominent investors. Other roles include Product & Engineering Lead at Clinc, Inc., where Alex advanced conversational AI technology, and Product Manager positions at Castle Global, Inc. and 8fit, enhancing user engagement in social Q&A and fitness applications, respectively. With a solid foundation in engineering from Qualcomm and a Ph.D. from Northwestern University, Alex has a rich history of contributing to various startups and research initiatives.
