Ezequiel Ciesco has extensive work experience in digital marketing and product management. Ezequiel currently serves as the Head of Digital Marketing at Banco Supervielle, where they are responsible for developing and implementing the digital marketing strategy to acquire new customers and maximize cross-selling opportunities. Previously, Ezequiel worked as the Head of Digital Hub at Unilever, where they led a cross-functional team and focused on data-driven marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance the consumer journey. Prior to that, they held various roles at OLX Group, including Regional Product Marketing Manager and Online & Mobile Marketing Manager, where they gained experience in developing marketing campaigns and optimizing digital media investments. Ezequiel also worked at Dridco as a Category Manager, responsible for analyzing and strategizing the development of key product categories. Additionally, Ezequiel worked at ELSERVER.COM as an Account Executive and at Yaco S.A as a Marketing Analyst, where they contributed to the development of new business opportunities and the implementation of marketing strategies.

Ezequiel Ciesco completed The Leadership Challenge Program in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidad de la Marina Mercante in 2010. Ezequiel also earned a Marketing Technician diploma from La Fundación de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Comerciales in 2007.
