Sirene Lizardo has diverse work experience in various roles. Sirene started their career as an Executive Assistant at Ridley & Co, where they supported the Managing Director. In 2017, they joined Willow as an Executive Assistant to the Global Head of Infrastructure and CEO, providing comprehensive support to the leadership team. Sirene'sresponsibilities included calendar and logistics management, internal coordination, project management, client liaison, data entry, and general ad-hoc duties. In 2020, they transitioned into a freelance role as an Amazon Sponsored Ads (PPC) Manager, specializing in PPC marketing solutions for sellers. Sirene conducted keyword research, created and managed campaigns, analyzed reports, optimized campaigns, and increased sales while reducing ACOS. Currently, they work as an Engagement Manager & Chief of Staff at SuperWorld, where they utilize their skills and experience to contribute to the company's success.

Sirene Lizardo completed their Bachelor in Science Major in Entrepreneurship from De La Salle University - Dasmariñas between 2008 and 2012. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Amazon Seller Virtual Assistant and studied E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce at AmazonNation. In 2021, they pursued further education at AmazonNation and obtained a degree in Filipino PPC Masters with a specialization in Sponsored Ads/Pay-Per Click. Additionally, they hold certifications in Amazon Seller Virtual Assistant from AmazonNation and Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage.
