Merijn de Waard is the Founder & Director of SuperYacht Times, established in 2005 as a leading media company in the superyacht industry, boasting over 3.2 million unique website visitors annually and a strong social media presence. In addition, Merijn serves as the Director of YachtEye, an advanced infotainment system for superyachts, and as an Advisor to The Superyacht Life Foundation. Previously, Merijn founded SuperYacht Gallery, a luxury exposition to promote the superyacht lifestyle, and completed a training period at Ciris Capital. Educational background includes a degree from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and studies at Petrus Canisius College.
