Roy A. Dunbar Jr. is a seasoned cybersecurity professional currently serving as a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer at SupInf Technologies, LLC, where expertise in the risk management framework (RMF) is applied to commercial satellite communications systems. With significant experience in various cybersecurity roles, including Cyber Security Specialist IV at Nexagen Networks, Inc., and Senior Computer Security Specialist at Invictus International Consulting, LLC, Roy has authored over 150 system security policies and overseen extensive security implementations. As an Associate Instructor at the University of Maryland Global Campus, Roy engages adult learners in problem- and project-based learning, while also mentoring students in the Master of Science Cybersecurity Information Assurance program.
