Nicole Haratani has a extensive work experience in the field of clinical affairs and regulatory affairs. Nicole began their career at Guidant Corporation in 2002, where they served as a Clinical Data Architect before transitioning to the role of Clinical Project Manager. In 2006, they joined Abbott Vascular Inc as a Program Manager, overseeing multiple clinical trial programs.
From 2008 to 2009, Nicole worked at the Cardiovascular Research Foundation as the Director of Clinical Project Planning & Business Management, where they managed business activities within the Clinical Trial Center division.
Nicole then joined Sadra Medical in 2009 as the Senior Director of Clinical Affairs, responsible for managing the company's clinical affairs department. Their role involved overseeing a multicenter European clinical trial for Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) and handling regulatory submissions.
In 2011, Nicole joined Boston Scientific as the Director of Clinical Training and Field Support, before moving on to Guided Delivery Systems in 2014 as the Vice President of Clinical Affairs.
From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Ablative Solutions, initially as the VP of Global Clinical and Regulatory Affairs, and later as the Executive VP of Global Clinical and Regulatory, responsible for managing a team and executing clinical and regulatory strategies.
In 2020, Nicole briefly worked at Medeonbio, Inc as the Vice President of Clinical and Regulatory before joining Prodeon Medical as the Executive VP of Clinical and Regulatory. At Prodeon Medical, their role primarily focused on executing clinical and regulatory strategies and building a clinical and regulatory infrastructure.
Most recently, in 2023, Nicole joined Supira Medical as the Vice President of Clinical Affairs.
Nicole Haratani began their education at St. Joseph University from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Nicole then pursued further education in the field of nursing at Ecole D'infirmiere Max Fourestier - Nanterre from 1990 to 1991, earning a Bachelor's degree in Science in Nursing. Prior to these nursing degrees, Nicole completed their Baccalaureate in the Science field at Notre-Dame de Louiaze from 1980 to 1982. This degree included courses in French Language and Literature, history, sciences, biology, math, biochemistry, biophysics, and geography. In addition to their formal education, Nicole Haratani also obtained a Stanford Certificate in Advanced Project Management in March 2006.
