Pat Ahern

Pat brings over 30 years of experience as a business partner and HR leader in multiple industries. Most recently Pat was the CHRO for Elior North America; a large, distributed contract food service organization. Pat co-led the team that facilitated the integration and industry segmentation of Elior’s 22 acquisitions. At Elior, Pat also successfully built and developed a strong team of HR Business Partners and functional experts that supported and enabled double digit top line organic and acquisitive growth.

Prior to Elior North America, Pat was CHRO for Cross Country Healthcare. Pat holds a BS in Business Management from Florida State University. Pat currently lives in South Florida.
