Lindsay Raker

Lindsay Raker has over 17 years of work experience. Lindsay began their career in 2005 as Manager of Employee Engagement at Centex Corporation, where they were responsible for performance management, development, and cultural feedback of the organization. In 2008, they joined Infor (formerly PeopleAnswers) as Manager, Customer Success. In 2017, they were promoted to Sr. Manager, Customer Success. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Director, Customer Success Operations at supplier.io.

Lindsay Raker obtained their Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of North Texas in 2005. In March 2019, they obtained a certification in Giving and Receiving Feedback from LinkedIn.
